- Log into your EntroPay Account
- Locate the virtual card you would like to Top-up.
- Click Top-Up found at the side of the card
- Follow the onscreen instructions
Once the transaction is declined please click the Try Again button. Our system will switch you to another payments processor automatically.
If you have clicked ‘Try Again’ 3 times without success, then click on Confirm Bank Card Details. Please check all the details are correct, especially the Start and Expiry date.
If all details are correct then your bank is declining the transactions. Please contact your bank and ask them why they are declining the transactions.
