Withdrawing Funds From Your EntroPay Virtual Card

Should you wish to withdraw funds from your EntroPay account you must submit a withdrawal request by sending an email to us on support@entropay.com stating your EntroPay username, the last four digits of your personal credit card you wish the funds returned to, the amount you wish to withdraw and stating your agreement to the refund fee.

Any refunds are subject to a fee of USD6/GBP3/EUR4 as per our Terms of Use.

NOTE: There are certain regulations that we must follow when processing a refund:
 
  • We may only process refunds as originally charged – i.e. back to the same personal credit or debit card the funds were originally deposited from and in the original currency
  • We can only refund up to the amount you have deposited in the last twelve months
  • We can only refund up to the amount loaded from a card that has not been renewed or updated in any way
  • if you wish to withdraw a larger amount, our bank transfer service has no such limits. There is a fee on each amount withdrawn from your EntroPay Virtual Card via bank transfer and it can take up to 7 business days.
