NOTE: There are certain regulations that we must follow when processing a refund:
- We may only process refunds as originally charged – i.e. back to the same personal credit or debit card the funds were originally deposited from and in the original currency
- We can only refund up to the amount you have deposited in the last twelve months
- We can only refund up to the amount loaded from a card that has not been renewed or updated in any way
- if you wish to withdraw a larger amount, our bank transfer service has no such limits. There is a fee on each amount withdrawn from your EntroPay Virtual Card via bank transfer and it can take up to 7 business days.
