My EntroPay card was declined at the merchant

EntroPay Virtual Cards are accepted by a vast majority of merchants who accept the normal VISA card.
 
If a merchant declines a payment it is best to contact the merchant and ask them why they are declining the transaction.
 
If necessary explain to the merchant that the EntroPay Card is just like a normal prepaid VISA Card and that you use our service to protect you from overcharges.
 
Also make sure:
  1. You have sufficient funds to cover the purchase (purchases made in a different currency from your EntroPay account may incur exchange fees charged by the merchant, which means the total could amount to more than the current balance in your account) 
  2. You are using the correct card number, expiry date and CVV number (the CVV number of your EntroPay Virtual Visa) 
  3. The merchant is not enforcing an AVS (Address Verification System) check. This is an automated process completed to verify the cardholder’s address as an added security measure which EntroPay does not currently support.
