The verification process checks that you are the rightful owner of the registered credit/debit card by following the steps below:
- You authorise EntroPay to make a small, refundable charge to your card. This will generate a 6 digit code that will be shown on your card statement;
- Check your online (within 2-3 days) or mailed (within 30 days) card statement to find the code;
- Log in to EntroPay and enter the 6 digit code where indicated;
- Once the code has been validated the card will be marked as verified;
In order to investigate further we need you to describe the process you were following when you received the error i.e. describe exactly what you are attempting to do and what selections you made just before the error was generated.
Also, kindly send us a screenshot of the data you entered before receiving the error, along with the date and time of the error.
