Is my EntroPay Account balance adjusted immediately?

Your EntroPay Account balance is updated as follows:

 

  • Whenever you make a successful load to your EntroPay Virtual Card, the balance adjusts immediately.
 
  • Whenever you destroy your EntroPay Virtual Card, it can take up to 30 days for the EntroPay. Account balance to update; this is due to delays in the VISA network beyond our control.
 
  • Whenever the settlement is received from the merchant. Purchases on EntroPay Virtual Cards do not show in real time, but only reflect on your account transaction history a few days after the actual purchase date. This is the way a normal credit card works; you have a credit limit and when purchase something, the purchase amount is only seen on your statement a few days later.
