How do I verify my address?

You can verify your residential address by providing us with a high quality address document that shows:
  • Your name (must match details on EntroPay account)
  • Your full address (must match details on EntroPay account)
  • Date the document was issued
  • The logo / name of the entity issuing the document (e.g. your bank, or state department)
 
Examples of valid documents include:
  • Your utility bill (e.g. gas, electricity, phone) issued within the last 90 days
  • Your bank account or credit card statement issued within the last 90 days
  • Your council tax bill issued within the last 90 days
  • Your photo driving licence showing your address and its expiry date* (back and front)
  • Your identity card showing your address and its expiry date* (back and front)
  • Other government or financial institution issued document
 
 
* Note: if this document has been used to verify your identity you will need to provide an alternate document to verify your address.
