How do I verify my mobile number?

Security is our top priority and we need to make sure it’s really you accessing your account. This is how to verify your mobile number:
  1. Sign in to your Entropay account
  2. Click the My Account icon (top right corner)
  3. Click the menu item displaying your name, next to the Settings icon
  4. Select Wallet Settings
  5. Enter your personal mobile number with country code

  6. We’ll send a verification code to this number - if you don’t receive the code, you can ask for it to be resent
  7. Enter the code to complete the verification process
If you don’t own a mobile phone, just let us know and we’ll help you.
