How do I verify my identity and address?

For security reasons, we need you to prove both your identity and your current home address. Don’t worry, you’ll only need to do this once and we’ll keep your data completely safe.
 
You can only upload documents through your account settings; we can’t accept them via email. And be careful, because once documents are uploaded you can’t review or delete them without contacting us.
 
Please provide both sides of your documents, in full colour.
 
How do I verify my identity?       

Please send us a high-quality, full-colour scan of a government-issued document. This could be a:
  • Passport
  • Driving licence (back and front)
  • National identity card (back and front)
The document should show:
  • Your photograph
  • Your full name (matching the details on your Entropay account)
  • Your date of birth (matching the details on your Entropay account)
  • Your signature
  • An expiry date (we can’t accept expired documents)

How do I verify my address?

Please send us a scan of a high-quality address document, showing:
  • Your name (matching the details on your Entropay account)
  • Your full address (matching the details on your Entropay account)
  • Date the document was issued
  • The logo/name of the entity issuing the document (e.g. your bank or state department)
This document could be:
  • A utility bill (e.g. gas, electricity, phone), issued within the last 90 days
  • A bank account or credit card statement, issued within the last 90 days
  • A council tax bill, issued within the last 90 days
  • A photo driving licence showing an expiry date and your address* (back and front)
  • An identity card showing an expiry date and your address* (back and front)
  • Another government or financial institution issued document
* If you’ve already used this document to verify your identity, we’ll need you to send us a different document to verify your address.
