How do I upgrade my Entropay account level?

To upgrade your Entropay account level we’ll ask you to provide the following information:
  • Upgrading from Basic to Standard
    • Your home address
    • Verification of your email address
  • Upgrading from Standard to Pro
    • Full verification of your identity and residential details, with the following supporting documents:
      • A copy of a valid photo ID (both sides). This could be a national ID card, passport, driving licence, official government-issued photo ID (e.g. army, police, diplomatic), or residency permit.
      • Proof of address. This could be a postal bank or credit card statement, a mobile phone bill, an online utility bill or financial statement. Any of the above verification documents must be no more than 90 days old.
