What happens if the money doesn't appear in my Entropay wallet after a bank transfer?

If your money is not in your Entropay wallet 7 business days after your bank transfer, just get in touch and we can help.

We’ll need all the information below:
  1. The details of where you sent the money from:
    1. Name and country of the bank the money was transferred from
    2. Name of the person or business account name who made the transfer
    3. Date of transaction
    4. The amount
    5. The currency
       
  2. The details of the bank account you sent the money to:
    1. The account number/IBAN number of the Worldpay account the money was sent to
    2. The bank and country of the Worldpay account the money was sent to
    3. Type of transaction e.g. internet banking/telephone banking
    4. Your Entropay unique reference number (always begins with IXS**) 
Please also send us the proof of deposit (SWIFT message/MT103), showing all the transaction details and reference numbers. You can get this from your bank.
