When you sign in to Entropay, you’ll see our new dashboard, which offers a quick view of recent transactions and pending transactions that may require your attention. Click on any transaction to expand it and see more detail.
In your dashboard, you’ll also see the Entropay wallet balance. You can use our new wallet to store money and quickly distribute money to Entropay cards. If you receive affiliate payouts with Entropay, you can also accept payouts to your wallet, which is handy if you have exceeded an individual card’s limit top up limit.
To check your balance, or add or withdraw money to your wallet, click on the arrow button, which will take you to the wallet settings page.

Entropay cards now have their very own home, so you can create, top up and delete cards faster and more seamlessly. The cards screen only shows active Entropay cards; you can toggle the filter to see cards that you have previously deleted.

View detailed transaction history on the activity page. Search for individual transactions or filter transactions by date or transaction type. Click on any transaction to expand it for more detail.
You’ll find the following under the My Account icon.
- Upgrade centre: View your current account level and upgrade your account level for free to increase your account limits.
- Notification centre: View recent notifications and address any outstanding transactions that require your attention.
- My account details: Click on the settings icon to go to the My Account Details page, where you can view and update your account information, wallet settings and recent sign in activity.
We have also renamed Entropay’s account levels:
- Starter is now Basic
- Basic is now Standard
- Premier is now Pro
Entropay Classic Account
In some countries, financial regulations prohibit residents from making transactions on gambling websites. To give users from these countries access Entropay, we have introduced the Entropay Classic account. The Entropay Classic account is only available in USD, and any cards you create from a Classic account can’t be used on gambling websites.
